The Chinese Pomfret is a popular fish, especially amongst the Teochews. Many like to have Pomfret fish for celebrations.

This fish is well-known for its amazing soft texture and naturally sweet taste. The Chinese Pomfret is more "premium" than other pomfrets because the flesh is sweeter and softer. The flesh breaks up easily which makes it easy to eat.


Country Of Origin: Wild-Caught in the Indonesian seas.
