 Is Cheng Xin Seafood a registered company?

Yes, we are a registered company in Singapore with ACRA.

Our UEN is 53452513W.

We also have a physical shop where you can shop directly with us.

Opened daily from 7am to 1pm.

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is NO minimum purchase.

After placing an order, when will my seafood arrive?

We will take 1 day to process your order and send you a confirmation message before arranging the delivery.

Delivery will be arranged within 1-3 days, unless the seafood is on a pre-order basis.

Our delivery timings are from 2pm to 6pm.

Is your seafood wild-caught or farmed?

ALL our seafood is 100% wild-caught.

What makes Cheng Xin Seafood Different from others?

We are a small, family run business and we have our own fisherman team overseas. Therefore, we are able to strictly control the quality of our catch and make sure our customers get the best fish.

How will my order be packed?

All seafood will be vacuum sealed and packed to maintain freshness.

How should I store my seafood?

You should store your seafood in the freezer immediately after receiving your order.

What is your Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy?

Once orders have been made, there will strictly be no cancellations.

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide a 1-to-1 Exchange under our Freshness Guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the freshness of the seafood.

How much is Delivery?

Islandwide delivery is $8. Free Delivery above $50 spend!

Do you deliver to multiple locations?

No. Each delivery location is specific to that order only. 

Can I request for a specific delivery time slot?

Due to our islandwide delivery service, there are no specific delivery time slots. Deliveries are usually made from 2-6pm. However, we will send a text 30 minutes before delivery.

What if there is no one around to receive my order?

A new charge of $10 will be applicable to a re-delivery.
