Threadfin (also called Ngor He or Kurau) is a popular fish choice in many Singaporean households due to its rich nutritious value and tenderness. It is commonly compared to Salmon as it has many healthy fatty oils and can be cooked in a variety of methods.

Country Of Origin:  Wild-Caught in the Indonesian seas.

Storage Guidelines: Please keep it FROZEN upon receiving the fish if not for immediate consumption.
