Golden Snappers, also known as Ang Cho, are popular for their firm texture and fresh, sweet taste. You can cook them in a variety of ways and they will always taste good - steamed, curry, fried or baked.

Country Of Origin:  Wild-Caught in the Indonesian seas.

Storage Guidelines: Please keep it FROZEN upon receiving the fish if not for immediate consumption.

Please Take Note: The listed weight range is before descaling, de-gutting and cleaning of the fish. All whole fishes will be descaled and de-gutted before we pack them in vacuum bags for freshness.
