White Pomfret 白鲳 300g

White Pomfret is very popular in Teochew cooking. Usually, pomfrets are used for steaming with simple ingredients like Ginger and Soy Sauce.

Fun fact: This fish actually belongs to a family called Pompanos but they are grouped together with the Pomfrets!

Country Of Origin:  Malaysia.
